Is the hair raw or virgin?

Our hair is 100% unprocessed Vietnamese virgin human hair sourced from multiple donors. It has never been chemically treated and can be professionally dyed or bleached to lighter shades with proper care.

Does the hair shed?

Minimal shedding is normal, but our bundles have a double-weft to reduce shedding significantly.

What're your standard shipping times?

In-stock orders are processed within 1–2 business days and shipped with An Post, with delivery typically taking 2–5 business days within Ireland.

For pre-orders, processing times may take 2-4 business days before shipping. Once dispatched, delivery times remain the same.

Are your bundles reusable?

Absolutely. With proper care, they can be reinstalled multiple times.
